As I am sure you are aware, the current advice regarding personal and business activities during the COVID-19 outbreak, was clarified by the UK Government on 23rd March 2020. This marked the start of more stringent guidelines.
Within NTAR the safety and protection of our employees, apprentices and customers – and minimising the risk of infection to the wider community – is of paramount importance. As a result, over the last couple of weeks we have spoken to all our customers to keep them updated. This means the latest announcements have had little impact on our ways of working.
As an innovative, digitally-led enterprise we are able to continue working with apprentices and trainees remotely and virtually. In essence, while we are closing the doors physically to our training centre in Northampton, the doors to our online training remains open and we are able to fulfil the requirements of our partners and trainees to upskill our UK rail industry. Therefore, our training capacity and courses are unchanged.
Your usual day-to-day contact will continue, an open dialogue as we navigate the challenges ahead, but I wanted to reassure you that our commitment to meeting customer needs remains. If you have any concerns regarding the impact of COVID-19 on our operations, or would like to discuss ways in which we could support your business better during these extraordinary times, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Thank you for your continued support.
