  • Claudia Hurst | Entry Level Talent Manager

As the Entry Level Talent Manager at NTAR my role is to support our learners through their career journeys in rail, the learners include: apprentices, interns and graduates. I am also responsible for maintaining NTAR’s social media profiles and digital strategy.

My role at NTAR enables me to work with people just starting off in their careers. I am passionate about watching a person grow in both confidence and understanding, and then soar into their substantive roles. What we deliver at NTAR enables them to do that. It is an environment rich in both learning and fun; adaptable to each of our learners needs. I feel very proud to be part of it.

  • Dan Walker | Head of Entry Level Talent

Within my role at NTAR, I get to talk to a lot of different people from a lot of different organisations. From tutors to HR directors and from MPs to work experience students. NTAR is at the heart of a wonderfully diverse network of learners, employers, providers, educators, leaders, and innovators, and I feel very lucky to be able to part of it.

I studied at The University of Portsmouth; spent some time briefly in banking, then moved into rail where I have enjoyed working in learning and development for 9 years.
