Firstly, by the provision of a managed service to employers. NTAR will support employers and aid the removal of barriers to entry by offering a service to administer apprenticeship schemes.

NTAR has also constructed enhanced technical and leadership modules to form part of the apprenticeship schemes themselves, to enhance the quality of existing apprenticeships.
